1. All product produced by BeZhoo are handmade to order and require no minimum order uantities. However a minimum order reuired of 1.500.000 IDR excluding shipping per order.

2. On receiving order form a down payment of 50% is to be made to begin order. This deposit is non refundable, unless special circumstances to be
   decided by owner for refund.

3. All payments to be made to bank account specified. BeZhoo can accept payment in either Indonesian rupiah or Australian dollar equivalent on
   the day of exchange.

4. A final payment of remaining balance for product to be made before dispatch.

5. Allow 2 weeks for production from time of down payment.

6. For larger orders a time frame will be advised if unable to fulfill timeframe stated before deposit.

7. We assure that all goods are packaged in perfect condition and the return of damaged goods should be taken up with your postage insurance if             damaged during delivery.

8. All though the above T&C are to protect BeZhoo. We appreciate all efforts to be made to resolve any issues to the client’s satisfaction.
